At High Society Oxford, we stand behind the quality of our curated products. While we aim to ensure every purchase meets your expectations, our refund and return policy differs for in-store and online sales. Please read carefully to understand what applies to your order.
In-Store Purchases

All in-store sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased in person at our physical location.

We strongly encourage customers to inspect all items before completing their in-store purchase.
Online Purchases

Items purchased through our website are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped

Custom art pieces, framed artwork, and limited-edition glass are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit (in which case, please file a shipping insurance claim)

Refund Processing

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
